RE: HELP TEST AAMFP 1.02 PATCH - ThurGzy - 10-04-2013

hi

As you say to delete the Documents\main_settings.cfg this obviously resets my resolution and graphical settings is it okay to set them back to how they were? Also I have a problem in this patch where sometimes my framerate just locks to 40fps and then changes back to 60 fps and alternates back to 40 randomly and I have checked the settings and my maxframerate is 60

Good to know I'm not the only person with this FPS issue.

Yeah do you also still get the stuttering because I do?

I never had stuttering issues when playing the game at release. With the patch it also runs fine for me.
Played without V-Sync. And SSAO samples set to 8.

Win7 x64
Core i7-4770
16 GB RAM
GeForce GTX 560 Ti

I meant the specs of those two that reported the 40fps issue. Ok ThurGzy, waiting for the other one. Maybe there's a similarity or so that could help pinpoint the issue if there is any. It could be a driver, operating system or 3rd party program issue.

I know, but his system is very similar to mine. So that isn't the issue.

Oh okay thanks, if it helps at the moment I have the newest beta drivers installed (for battlefield 4) and I never have any background programs running at the same time, also before I tried this patch the game was always at 60 fps and didn't have the 40fps lock switch thing, but it had the stutters when an event was about to happen.

RE: HELP TEST AAMFP 1.02 PATCH - Googolplex - 10-05-2013

Can you make a video of the stuttering?
Where does it happen? Always in the same area?
