This is a documentary which is currently being Kickstarted. The director plans to get interviews with many horror game developers, including Frictional Games and The Chinese Room:

Sounds like a neat idea. Unfortunately I have a not-so-sure mind over Kickstarter and don't plan to invest in anything on it, even if I could. Good luck to 'em though.
