How well do non-nvidia cards work out with AMFP? - Kappa048487127 - 12-12-2013 I recently got an Radeon HD 7870 2GB (longer name), and I was wondering how well AMFP would run on it, or if it even would. My full computer specifications: Code: CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 @3.2 ghz RE: How well do non-nvidia cards work out with AMFP? - Ashtoreth - 12-12-2013 When AMFP came out, I played it on a computer with a Radeon HD 6950 and 8 GB of RAM, and the game ran perfectly on the highest settings with a resolution of 1920x1080, although the processor was more powerful than yours (AMD FX 8-Core 8350). Anyway, you shouldn't have any problem at all. Even my PC, with an AMD Athlon II X4 635 + Radeon HD 4200 + 4 GB of RAM, is able to run the game (on low settings of course XD). RE: How well do non-nvidia cards work out with AMFP? - plutomaniac - 12-12-2013 As Ash said, your gpu is more than capable of running the game. You shouldn't have any issues with everything on high (except SSAO quality or similar which you must leave to Medium. High is extremely heavy with no visual enhancement whatsoever). |
