You could read a book or listen to something.
When I am listening to a certain podcast about videogames, I have been always fallen asleep to it so far.
(Use a cmd command or program to shut down the PC or listen to it on your phone when it is plugged in to power.)

Eat something heavy, like cream or milk or something. Gets the stomach working and makes me sleepy like a baby.

Get off that computer! Smile
Read a book.
Lie in your bed. Just lie there.

I often listen to audio books to fall asleep.
