If it's well made I'd say 15-20.
Even more if it's entertaining. that's all.
If the game is lame / if the guy who is playing is lame.. then rather less.

When I make my Let's Play videos, I try to keep them minimum 10 minutes, but maximum 15 minutes.
So I usually get a timer or check the time to see how long it's been so I don't over do it. As recording clips takes up a lot of bytes.

I prefer having real sit downs when I watch lets plays, the longer the video, the better.

Have to agree with Traggey, if it's only 20 minutes by the time you get into it it's nearly finished! 30mins+ here.

I prefer the video length to match to what is best for the "Let's Play". If you need 15 minutes of gameplay to reach a good cliff-hanger, go for it. If you need 45 minutes, change it to that.
It's why I hate Cryaotic so much, he makes sure (From most if not all the videos that I have watched) his videos are stopped when something crazy has happened and a lot of times teases the next video. It's fucking killing me to watch the next episode!!!!!!

On average, about 10-30 minutes, with deviations ranging from 3-90 minutes.
