Is there a mod somewhere or a development resource of rain?
I don't want just the sound of rain, I want actual water falling out of the sky.

There is a particle system that makes it rain.

I did a more intense version -and the splash- here
For premonition mod I did a larger version, take one and edit the particle to yours needs.
