Launcher not loading - Doop - 02-01-2014
Dear Frictional Games,
When I click on the launcher, it shows the loading symbol, then stops immediately. I keep double clicking it and nothing happens, I need help. Thanks!

Can you show us your HPL-log.
You can find that in MyDocuments\Amnesia\Main
Then we can see what is going on.
Also just to be sure, is your graphics driver updated? if not just do that as well, it Always helps.

Sorry, I'm not the best at computers. I have found the file you are talking about. It says my users name, then first_start_flag, hpl, hpl_update, main_settings.cfg. I don't know if I click HPL, or HPLS_Update.

read closely wat i've said. i did NOT say MPL log.
My Documents \ Amnesia \ Main -> Hpl.log
Open that and copy past us the reslut in there.
Do you understand what i mean?

No, do not copy paste the results here, attach the .log file instead.
