That's why i just decided that this will be short, because lots of mapping will take 1.5-2 years.

So, how the hell will it take then? <3

Quit with the swear words, they aren't necessary, learn to deal with that.
They ain't cool bro.

The answer entirely depends on you, we can't see inside your head, what you think and what are you intending to do.
The length is pretty hard to predict, even for you.

If you put more time at a time, it will be finished sooner.
But if you but less time at a time, it will be finished later.

With the pace you're having currently, even shorter, proper stories will take years to finish.

Can you please go away?

RE: Obscuro: The Great Engines - RedKnight - 07-04-2014

I decided to stop this.

Not because i'm lazy, but because i am no longer interested into it.

I am gonna make a minecraft mod. And i know it is lots of work but this is my choice.

And i also wanna learn how to use unreal engine 4, i haven't downloaded it yet but i will download it soon.(I know it alot of work, please don't say about it).

And i wannna learn modelling, wich is also lots of work.

I really hate wasting time on this cs, and i also really hate to keep solving problems. I am sick of it that my cs won't appear in-game.

So yeah, i am no longer gonna work this cs. And i know if i wanna create a SOMA cs, then i need to learn alot, i know. But i am now more interested into modelling, creating a game and creating a mineccraft mod.

But i am not sure if i still have bad grammar.

That's all i can say on this thread.

If you're too lazy to learn, you don't learn.

You know, HPL mapping and modding turns out quite fun when you've learned few things, you can release your inner creativity.

It's not that demanding as modelling and Ue4, I would assume.

Whatever. My choice, my thing.

And i did NOT say i was too lazy. I am still gonna work on mappingg and scripting but NOT gonna release it or completely finish it.

Bahahaha.

Amnesia is propably one of the easiest games to mod, lol.

Let me tell you more so you know what you might face:

Ue4, is more for professionals, so you have to be more on a pro level to work with it.
I would recommend applying for proper school to learn more about it.

Modelling doesn't only require qualification on it but also good artistic sense, like on drawing and painting. You can't create creative stuff if you don't know how to create creative stuff.
No matter how well you know how to use ms. paint, it doesn't make you that much better painter. You know what I am saying? Everything big starts with a little step.
Patience, time and passion. Those are the ingredients for becoming better in almost everything.
