I'm planning on making a custom story like the Condemned Criminal Origins game. I was wondering if there are modern models from stores/streets floating around this forum?

I think AAMFP have some, but I won't say they're modern-ish.
White Night has a lot of modern entities.
Mental Memorial too(I think you have to ask the developer DnAlange for this).
