Probably just because it is a third-party SCP, it is not hard coded into the game, therefore inappropriate for the wiki.

I think it's worth mentioning that since I know Regalis and used to work for him... There's no way he'd give you permission. Not because he's like that, but because he's way too busy to be around. I'd like some actual proof of this permission, like... A screencap of your exchanged messages.

actually the license SCPCB and the SCP wiki are under (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/) allows you to use the models or anything else in the game even without my permission, as long as you give credit to the original authors. So yeah, go ahead and good luck with the project.
