I heard of some scripts "Spawn Entity at entity" or something like that.Where can i find them?

Take note you'll need the Amnesia131111 patch. You can find all the new scripts and Amnesia's patch with instructions (available only for Windows), here

On the other hand, if you mean CreateEntityAtArea you don't need the beta update.
