People Of Frictional: Luis Rodero - Thomas - 05-19-2014 On the man behind our lovely editors! http://frictionalgames.blogspot.se/2014/05/people-of-frictional-luis-rodero.html RE: People Of Frictional: Luis Rodero - Paddy™ - 05-19-2014 https://3.bp.blogspot.com/-NBojS4B8tYM/U3m9Y3K5xqI/AAAAAAAAD0M/Q49qBDyrd6g/s1600/LevelEditor+Lambda.png "underwater_trailer_lambda.hpm" I'm rather new to the tools, but I don't think I've ever seen .hpm files before. Is this a new HPL Movie format? Luis is a machine, I didn't know he was solely responsible for the tools! That's quite an undertaking! And is it just me, or does he look a little like Russell Brand? HPM = Howard Philips Map ;p RE: People Of Frictional: Luis Rodero - Paddy™ - 05-19-2014 Ahhh of course! I assumed it was a "movie" format because it was the trailer scene, but of course trailers and movies are designed in the level editor, too. D'oh! EDIT: It seems that the .map extension is still being used: https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-It8JS3uoENc/U38SP4luGnI/AAAAAAAAIrY/tiBjyOlnXtc/s1600/teaser_corpse_leveleditor.jpg So, what is the .hpm extension for? |
