What do you do when a window called BlackBox opens and says "!!!GAME CRASHED!!! READ THIS?"
In the exception reason box it says:
Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 001B:00000000.
The "Stack Trace" box is empty.

Check the troubleshooting guides and if they do not help follow the instructions on how to post the hpl.log file.

It wouldn't hurt to begin with posting your PC specs first. Maybe it's not strong enough or it could be something else, such as a Driver issue, for ex.
