Camera movement issues - Numskull831 - 07-08-2014

hey guys, so i got this on summer sale and really want to play... my only problem is that when i try to look around the camera keeps jumping/ lagging, it will look off in random driections, and my fps will drop from 60-30, movement works fine but when i look around its so choppy and looks of in random directions, ive been through the troubleshooting threads but no help... I've disabled the programs they said give it trouble, I've updated my graphics card driver and I've re-installed the game twice, someone please help, my machine can run this i know it, maybe its windows 8? maybe it beacuse im using a wireless mouse... idk someone help. i just want the play TDD
