How to create a Energie Bar ? - narutohokager - 07-09-2014
Hello ! Long time i didn't come in this section
I am relaunching my project custom storie ! And i need to create a Energie Bar, i don't know if it's possible ?
Like, a full energie bar on the screen, and if the player, for example, touch a jar, the energie bar will decrease ?
Can you help me with this

That's not possible!
Even if it would be a Full Conversion..
I know it can be done with the new MFP-Patch.. and use the comment StartSanityEvent..
Not sure, but i think i'm 1 of the very less guys who knows how it works.
1 : Very difficult
2 : loads of coding
3 : WHY?...
4 : You will need to create like5? different bars??
Just it's very hard!

Okay :O Well, i can't really tell you WHY, it's a secret for my custom storie.
What MFP mean ?
And if we can't create a energie bar, it is possible to move the Message when we create one with the command "SetMessage" ?

You can make an item the player has to check in his inventory to see its energy level.
Let's say a battery icon. Like the one laptops have.
To increase/decrease its level you take the item away from the inventory and replace it with another.
That should work.

Yeps, that is possible!
but NOT in the view itself.
So you have to create like 3 different percentages like 25% 60% 100%...
Then you can have a script that checks as Amn said.
If *** will be toutches change picture..

You could toy around with the lantern graphics too. Saves creating a new item, but you have no lantern.
