How is it possible to remove an option from the main menu, for example the Load Game one? I know that if i make its place empty in the base_lang file, it will disappear but is there any other solution to make some options in the main menu disappear?

We have already tried this and it doesn't seem possible. The best you can do is remove the text; the button will remain though.
