Those who wish to acquire a pot shall be interviewed personally, and they must show their ID's and medical information, psychological too. I consider the traditional pot to be legal, unless it's the handmade one.

But by making pots illegal, aren't we encouraging the black market? People who can't get a pot license would turn to homemade pottery, which often contains harmful contaminants and could be made to be much more dangerous than the kind sold legally.
