Custom Story Editor Textures - deathpunk187 - 08-19-2014 Hello everyone I've been searching forever for a french catacomb wall texure like the image below And if anyone can actually find any textures like that I would really appreciate it and I also don't know if this is the right place to be asking where I can find something like this RE: Custom Story Editor Textures - FlawlessHappiness - 08-19-2014 http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/forum-42.html Development Resources would be both the right place to have this thread, but also to search. THough I don't think I've encountered anything like that. The dungeonbase isn't working for you? RE: Custom Story Editor Textures - deathpunk187 - 08-19-2014 Yeah the dungeon is kinda getting old and yeah I kinda figured this was the wrong section So I unwittingly brought the wrath of the mods down upon me may I be forever shamed RE: Custom Story Editor Textures - FlawlessHappiness - 08-19-2014 (08-19-2014, 11:22 PM)deathpunk187 Wrote: Yeah the dungeon is kinda getting old and yeah I kinda figured this was the wrong section Naaw don't be shamed ^^ You can always spice up the old models by doing something else than Frictional Games did. Try to come up with new architecture that might give the look you want ^^ RE: Custom Story Editor Textures - deathpunk187 - 08-20-2014 I literally have no experience with any kind of 3D modeling RE: Custom Story Editor Textures - FlawlessHappiness - 08-20-2014 (08-20-2014, 05:50 PM)deathpunk187 Wrote: I literally have no experience with any kind of 3D modeling I'm not talking 3D modeling. I'm talking simple level editting. You have a lot of assets. Play with them. There's no right way to do it, if you can make it look nice. RE: Custom Story Editor Textures - CarnivorousJelly - 08-20-2014 yes :D just mix up the assets - use floors as ceilings and ceilings as floors, build arches out of bits for roofs... go wild! It's much more fun that way anyways ;) |
