Do these:
1) Get nominated (AGP has done that for you :3 )
2) Get a bucket, a camera and some ice
3) Wear some clothes you don't mind getting wet
4) Record yourself tipping the water and ice over your head
5) Nominate a few others to do the same thing
6) Encourage a donation to support the ALS Association
The ice bucket part is sort of like a chain mail which says "SEND THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS OR YOU WILL DIE TONIGHT!". It's the 'fun' portion of it, where you perform something and encourage others to do the same.
