When the game starts, a window with the game winding down and there is a window "Black box.Game crashed. "I do not know what to do. Read the guides, but nothing is clear. Tested on the problem, nothing has been found. Game bought in Steam.

Please read the troubleshooting guide and provide the requested information. This includes the hpl.log file from Documents\Amnesia\Main.
