I actually had one of these scam mails sent to me today, in Babelfish Norwegian. That was a first, hehe.

Include reason why you don't remember him? Check
Include lawyer-ish talk, yet dumbed down? Check

This is funny I've seen this exact same spam before. Different name for the person but he is still a member of that Helicopter society.
