Spoiler *Thule* - Tombo - 04-08-2009 ***EDIT*** After research it appears that there was an airbase in greenland called the Thule Airbase, this was an American airbase created during the 1950s. RE: Spoiler *Thule* - WindexGlow - 04-09-2009 Conspiracy?! RE: Spoiler *Thule* - Tombo - 04-09-2009 (04-09-2009, 05:03 AM)WindexGlow Wrote: Conspiracy?! Well the post was originally about the Thule organisation in nazi germany , Thule was an island to the far north in ancient mythollogy, in the modern era (modern being early 20th century) Greenland was thought to be thule. I guess theres a link between these although I highly doubt the American military would be members of a Nazi Organisation. But there may or may not be a link between the shelter and the american air base. After all it is a military bunker/shelter with ammo everywhere. Although what gets me is there's plenty of ammo but no firearms. The place was a war bunker, but when the war ended I'm guessing it was emptied on ammo. Why so many crates are empty though makes no sense to me. I don't remember hearing anything about war on Greenland, but I haven't exactly looked it up. There wasn't a war just an air base. In case the germans did invade. |
