Will the story be entertaining, with a twist here and there, mysterious, detailed etc. ?
I mean, will it be one of the strong points of the game?

In adventure genre, the story tend to be the strongest aspect of the game. So I would say. Yes. ^^

yes but like the penumbra series the new game is entitled a "survival horror game". they don't call it an adventure one.

I think they will make a great story just like in Penumbra. Because when you read the forums after completing the game you can read interesting facts that you missed before so you are going to replay the hole game again.
