I purchase the game yesterday on Humble Bundle and now I want to play the game but it gives me a crash at the startup:

I'm a bit unsure. Perhaps some background programs are interfering with the game. Did you read the troubleshooting guide?

I read it already didnt find the problem in the thread, I only have normal programs in the background like steam/xfire/skype and anti vir stuff.
Ehh whatever the error didnt came now on my start it seems working now but I dont know why anyway thanks for the help.

For future reference, this was almost certainly a background program causing problems to the game. Especially xfire, antiviruses, skype etc can easily be the cause of the aforementioned issue. Closed topic.
