Crash on Main Menu - KaitlynWafflez - 12-27-2014
I just recently got the game from steam, when it goes through the process of telling my how its best to play the game and then gamma it crashes after that. I've provided a picture of the crash report, can anyone tell me what is wrong? And possibly how to fix it! Also if it makes a difference I just got my new PC for Christmas

1. Load up the Launcher (right click the game on Steam and click "Run Settings Launcher")
2. Navigate to the Graphic Options tab
3. Click Show Advanced
4. Make sure SSAO is unticked (or disabled), then try running the game again.
If it crashes again at the same spot, look at and follow the steps at Problem X of the Troubleshooting Guide.

Alright - could you attach or post the hpl.log file?
On a Windows PC (based on your screenshot) you can find the hpl.log file at: Documents\Amnesia\Main\
