Game won't start past Introduction. Keeps Crashing. - Russiee - 01-03-2015

I've checked all the troubleshooting guides, game still won't start.
I've updated all my drivers, tried right clicking and starting as NVIDIA High Performance, As administrator as well.

Game starts, the introduction starts (For best immersion etc. etc. etc., set up the gamma, then on the last introduction (Enjoy the game)), then crashes. Every time. No idea what to do.

I've attached the HPL.

Make sure DPI is set to the default 100%. Otherwise, some background program/service is interfering with the game.

DPI is fine, closed pretty much every background program, this is the error it shows:
