Headphones for horror games? - Jakabok - 02-08-2015

Hello!

My Gamecom 780 headset broke and I want to buy new headphones under 100$, can you recommend me something else?

I also want to know what you guys use for the best immersion in horror games.

I use a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50. They're very sturdy and sound isolating, although I admit the ear pads on the SteelSeries Siberia V2 are more comfortable. I think the M50's are a bit more than $100, but maybe that's just me (cause I live in Norway where everything is expensive). The SteelSeries ones are fairly cheap though, and they function quite well. Only issue I had with them is that they break very easily.

The ATH-M50 are double the price of the Siberia v2 FULL SIZE in my country. I had the same problem with the SteelSeries brand, but with a mouse, I loved the product but it broke in like 2 years. I'm actually really excited about these, tomorrow I might buy them, so thank you! I wanted to get the Sennheiser HD 439, but users are complaining that they have low volume, even with decent sound cards.

Siberia v2 are incredibly amazing, I was just searching about a headphone set in Google and most of the threads in different types of forums said about those ones. But I don't know the "economy" let's say it like that, in your country and also I don't know if these headphones are sold there

Logitech G430? 60-90$ with 3-year warranty. I use them myself and been loving them a lot.
