I've played a few custom stories that had animated (moving water) in the river.
But when I go to textures I can only find still water (not moving).
Where can I find the animated water?

In the material editor under the drop-down menu (where decal is displayed), it has an option called water.
Experiment with your texture plus the movement options to suit you.

There are 2 actual textures that move. Their thumbnail is pretty light compared to the others'.
