I guess you are looking for a more specific date but I am afraid we are not even sure ourselves at this point. As an educated guess I would say in the middle or end of next year. More precise info will come early 2010 I hope!

Some time next year more info and pictures will come. I'm afraid I can't give any exact information on when though.

The tech demo was released in 2006. AFAIK HPL2 has the same foundation as HPL1, so, you could say that HPL2 is the same engine as HPL1.
