There are no pre-orders avaible for playstation, you'll have to wait untill the games release.

god damn.. you know the psn servers. they fuck like hell...
how much GB will it have? it will took hours to download it with a 100.000 connection.. cause psn servers give us like 300kb/s download on primetime... ;(

PC version is something like 20GB, so I'd be guessing the PS4 will be slightly smaller.

Yes, can't recall exactly the size of the PS4 but slightly smaller. The games are identical, but on PC we include files that are needed if you want to mod the game, making PC version a bit larger.
