I know there's preload on Steam, but is there preload on GOG?

So since the devs aren't responding to my query, is there any other way to ask them? Kinda disappointed really.

What about their previous games? Anyone here can speak based on their track record?

They haven't answered because they likely have not been online since your question has been asked.

Yeah well I'm so excited to get an answer. I emailed devs, no response so I had to come here.

Maybe the devs don't want to respond because there are jump scares and they don't wanna lose sales, which probably makes sense...but is dishonest at the same time in my opinion.

I check back once more in the next 24-48 hours, hopefully something good comes of it. Being buried in this long thread just decreases the chances the devs can see it, plus they have been here and responded to other posts after mine so it must've already been ignored.

Why is it such a big deal? I don't like jump scares either, and I'm sure the game won't be full of them but a couple is fair enough, unless you have some sort of heart condition and you literally can't handle any. It is a horror game after all.
