Lever gone from level? - teaearlgraycold - 09-23-2015

I've gotten through a couple of hours of SOMA, and I seem to have gotten a glitch that will not allow me to progress.

Here's a panel which should to my understanding include a lever. This is what I see:

Checking a walkthough for sanity's sake the only difference I can find is that I stuck my hand in that weird thing off to the side. I can't remember if the lever has always been missing or only left after fixing the power.
Like a PS4 user with the same issue I managed to progress by reloading a previous save from before the shuttle station.

Okay, so a similar issue happened just now. The Omnitool panel on the door leading out of Lambda (I think that's where it goes at least), is missing in this save:
