30 minutes into the game, 5 minutes after passing through the underwater tunnel there's a 'healing anus'. On the floor there's <something>.

I could clearly hear it say: Stay, stay... Instead of me, instead of me...
or something along the lines. I knew what it was after and I think it was awesome. The weird thing is for some gamers the room is quiet. No words, no subtitles. You can see it on the rabidretrospect's walktrough (youtube) (lack of the sentence).

I think it is as it should, depends a bit on what you do, if you go closer to the door or so.
