HPL3 Level Editor: Broken swing doors. - LordOfDragons - 10-01-2015

I made a room with the Level Editor and noticed a thing when i added the swingdoor_apartment to the frame.
Spoiler below!

When i tried to open it, the icon for the interaction showed up, but it didnt move at all. I cant interact to it. When i run against it, it will break open.
What could be the problem? (I used the developer test from the workshop as a base for a test mod)

You need a script for that if I'm not wrong.

Hm well im now using the bathroom doors, which work just fine. Maybe the other apartment doors are just unfinished and you have to finish them yourself.

If the door is not in a level in the game it probably never got used and therefore does not work. Can also be that the door is in the game and works, but the format has changed slightly so making a new level with the door is not possible. BUT, you can fix the entities very easily. Open the entity in the model editor and fix/tweak the settings. In some cases it is best to start from scratch and import the mesh and re-create the bodies, joints and settings in the model editor. It is quite straight forward, not that much different from HPL2 and you can also just look at the setup of a working swingdoor and copy settings from it.
