SOMA won't run and i've tried to run it as administrator. Does anyone know what to do????

What happens? Does it crash?
Post the hpl.log. Check the troubleshooting guide while you're at it.

Im on steam and it just says running Soma and then it just stops and syncs it. it says everything like the admin message, etc. I just don't know. It shows the message : VCOMP.110.dll error

1) Is there an HPL.log file under folder Documents\My Games\SOMA\? If yes, attach it after the issue occurs.
2) Have you tried running SOMA.exe directly from the steamapps folder?
It looks like a Steam issue to me.

I only have the outlast game in the "my games" files
it still says that theres the VCOMP.110.dll error and the Soma.exe cant run

The dll error was not there before. You added it now. Makes more sense now, you are missing libraries needed to run the game. Do you have an x64 operating system? If yes, check Problem A8 of the Troubleshooting Guide. That should get rid of the issue.

Having a x64 operating system is a requirement to run SOMA. Also 4GB of RAM or more. Right click Computer (This PC for Windows 8,10) > Properties. The information you need is under "System" section.
