Changing Agent Sounds - A.M Team - 10-15-2015

I would like the Puppet and other agents to have different sounds from the normal ear-bleedingly horrific screeches that seem to haunt my dreams! Smile

Any way I can do that? If you are interested I am making a stand alone mod on Windows.

Anybody? Huh

Open the entity in the model editor and play around with it. If you need hints on where to look, you could open the .ent file with a text editor and search up the name of the sound file currently used. It will probably give you some sectioning as to where to find these settings in the editor. They used to be in User Defined Variables (in HPL2), but is that no longer a thing? Is it within the "Class" thing now? I don't know. Haven't gone there yet.

Thanking you! I found out how to change the sounds! Heart

Since you found out, I'm sure others (including me) would be interested in hearing it, if you care to throw in a quick explanation.

Actually, I need to have an .fbs file, looks like .oggs are not supported anymore. Confused

Not sure about the agent sounds at this time, but I DID confirm where you can change the music for them. In case the sound/dialog settings are in the same spot (will confirm later), the files of concern are scripts in the "script/custom_depth" folder.

Thanks for the info! Smile
