First, Congratulations on alpha! Everything(that I have seen) looks excellent so far.
If someone (me) wanted to support Frictional, would you get more money from: Steam, GamersGate or other? For me, I find Steam most convenient (GamersGate is great but the site is slow as hell in the U.S.). What are your thoughts on the different options for distribution? If you guys put up a pre-order, I would buy it in a heartbeat.
On another note, I really enjoy the development blog you guys have going.

Pick the distributer that you like the most as the money that gets to us is about the same from all. Since we do not have to share any money when bought from our own store (except for some % to the service provider) it gives us the most money. But that being said, I think u should use what ever you find best as we do get money from all.

IMO the best option would be to buy the game from Frictional store and get a serial key, that i can activate on Steam? This way you get all the money and I get automatic updates from Steam
(Although implementing this key system will probably cost more than the possible benefit of a few more sales through your own store...)Will there be a pre-order in Steam?

You can preorder from our store and then on release you will be able to get activation for Steam on request. The game will also be up for pre-order on Steam, but that will be close to release.
