Spiel startet nicht. Hilfe / Game does not start - Bols - 09-09-2010
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein Problem. Ich kann das Spiel nicht starten. Ich habe es über Steam installiert. Wenn ich das Spiel starte, erscheint zwar noch der Launcher, wenn ich dann aber das Spiel startet, erscheint nur kurz der blaue Ladekreis neben den Mauszeiger. Und das war es.
Win 7 Pro 64 Bit
GeForce 460
8 GB Ram
Treiber aktuell.
Weiß jemand Rat?

Hi,
I have a problem. I can not start the game. I've installed it on Steam. When I start the game, still seems the launcher, but then when I start the game only briefly, the blue charging circuit appears next to the cursor. And that was it.
Win 7 Pro 64 bit

Drivers up to date.
Does anybody advice?

Hi, schonmal probiert mit Adminrechten zu starten? Hatte bei mir das Problem gelöst.

Hatte ich auch heute morgen, probiere mal alle anderen Programme im Hintergrund zu schliessen, das löste mein Problem.

habe ich gerade getstet. Alles aus und sogar den Virenscanner deaktiviert. Selbe Problem hab ich auch bei der Mafia 2 Demo und Flat Out Ultimate Carnage. Ebenfalls beide über Steam. Alles anderen Games (und es sind ne Menge) über Steam laufen ohne Probleme. Windows spuckt aber eine Meldung aus:

Ich habe mal nach der Fehlermeldung gegoogled und die Problemlösung in diesem Forum, das ich gefunden habe war es, die Setup Datei einfach nochmal neu zu laden, da diese wohl Fehlerhaft war. Versuche also einfach nochmal neues herunterladen (bei allen 3 Spielen) und neuinstalliere sie dann.
Achte auch darauf das wirklich das neuste Direct X und die PhysX Treiber drauf sind, selbst wenn das Spiel kein PhysX benutzt, viele starten nicht ohne diese Software (aber die sollte eh im nVidia Treiber Paket enthalten sein).

I googled for this Errormessage and i think i found a solution for your problem in a forum. Your Setup Data might be broken, try to redownload the Games and then reinstall them.
Also make sure that you have installed latest DirectX and latest PhysX Drivers. Even if the games dont use PhysX , some of them dont even start if the driver is not installed.

auf die Idee bin ich, als ich amnesia.exe gelesen habe, auch gekommen und habe es getestet. Hat nichts gebracht. Jetzt habe ich mal das ganze Spiel gelöscht und lade es gerade neu. Werde berichten.

the idea is me when I read amnesia.exe even come and have tested it. Has brought nothing. Now I once deleted the whole game and download it right now. Will report.

Ok,
jetzt hab ich Steam komplett gelöscht, mit allen meinen Spielen. Steam neu installiert und Amnesia neu installiert. Es hat NICHTS gebracht. Es muss aber entweder ein Bug beim Spiel sein oder mein PC.
Irgendwelche Ideen?

now I have Steam completely erased with all my games. Steam re-installed and reinstalled Amnesia. It has brought NOTHING. But it must either be a bug in the game or my PC.
Any ideas?

Make sure to download the latest drivers from nvidia.com, uninstall your old driver, reboot the computer and then install the new driver.
You can also go to My Documents/Amnesia/ and take the hpl.log there and post it here.
