Cannot Start; Crashes PC - Alanmac - 03-06-2016

I just got the game, and it has crashed and forced my PC to restart every time I try to launch it. The farthest I can get is to the gamma adjustment screen, once I try to click anything it crashes. I have tried every step in the Troubleshooting Guide with no success, also tried multiple steam verification trials as well.
