So I downloaded Amnesia through Steam and can't seem to find that super secret Rar file that everyone is talking about... I have beating all the endings and got the password but the Rar file is missing.
What do I do?

It's in Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/amnesia the dark descent/
If it's not in there then I don't know what happened to it.
EDIT: Or you could be on a Mac.

Once you get the super_secret.rar file from http://www.4shared.com/rar/m3bO9YFJ/super_secret.html
that's if you haven't got it. Read Below.
Once you have all endings, they give you a 6 digit code... put them all together... and voila!
The revenge ending
Gives you: lke271
To get the revenge ending you need to kill Alexander, by pushing over the tree pillars.
The good ending
Gives you: tyr299
When the portal opens, throw Agrippa's head into it.
The bad ending
Gives you: odn314
All you have to do is wait and Alexander wins.
Now Assemble!
Then assemble the three codes into a nine digit code ordering the codes in number order with the lowest first, like this:
lke271tyr299odn314

This thread is 2 years old. Why would someone bump a 2 years old thread? The guy started to be inactive from 2011 man he could have already solved the problem!
