Game freezes at random - Sbygneus - 09-26-2010
Hello,
I bought the game via Steam yeaterday.
I cant play it because it always freezes randomly during play or even in the main manu or during intro movie. Then, I can only ctrl-alt-del. No error message.
I have read through this forum and I found nothing that could help me fix it.
I have Nvidia 9600 gt with latest drivers installed.
I tried switching various in game graphic options/resolutions and still no luck.
Any ideas what is wrong? Please help. I have a strong PC with 3,4 CPU 4gb ram and I run much more demanding games smoothly. I am really stuck with this one though.

Start by making a clean driver install as explained in A.1:

If that does not help, follow the other tips like making sure SLI is off, vsynch is off, disabling secondary monitor, etc.
