Screenshots that capture the "feel/fear" of Amnesia - 311alien - 10-09-2010
Post some screenshots that capture the essence of Amnesia...the fear...the anxiety. I hope I didn't copy someone's post!
Anyway, for me, this screenshot totally captures "Amnesia: The Dark Descent" for me. What do you all think?

For that image, I suggest increasing the contrast so that the bottom of the staircase cannot be seen. That would really show the whole "Dark Descent" part of the title.

I have it up and I cant see the bottom of the staircase...to me it looks like a black void at the bottom

btw. if ya look closely , ya can see a monster hiding in the darkness down the stairs below in my version

I saw that post a few days ago. Didn't mean to steal it from you. I like the faces of the FG guys. Funny pic. I can see the monster lurking down there. Lol. What made me think of this post is that when I was slowly making my way down, I thought to myself that this moment is the perfect example of tension this game creates. Sorry again for using the same kind of picture
