Everytime I walk around 10 yards in front of me there is a greenish cloud or graphic along all the walls. I have a short video to show it.

I can see something very slightly green but I am not sure if that is a video problem.
Best is if you attach a screenshot when it is visible. (press F8 to take screen, it ends up in same folder as Amnesia.exe

That is the darkness effect I believe. It looks a tad green but the video quality is too poor to tell (no offense) it could be the color settings of your monitor.

its probably your monitor colour settings, turn everything to default and it should be ok, if not. check your drivers or something, as said Spooder said "the video quality is too poor"

There are probably some buttons on your monitor, you can use those to find some sort of menu where you will be able to adjust settings. It doesn't really look all that strange, though. It seems kinda just like the darkness. Thought there is a slight green tinge to it...
