Penumbra series: Increase the FOV - Shadow4K - 11-06-2010
Hi FG
Is there any way to increase the FOV of the Penumbra games? It's too hard to include a FOV-slider to configure the FOV under de graphic settings?
If I can set the shadows, the textures, etc at "Low", "Medium" or "High" based on my graphic card power...why not to have an option of choose the FOV, between 60 and 100 for example?
I play the first time the Penumbra games on my 17" notebook. Everything fine. FOV too.
Now I'm re-playing the games on my new PC, and the default-unchangeable- FOV is too low for a 24" LCD. Pretty disturbing.
Any help with that? Really a FOV option needs so much additional effort?
NOTE I have the penumbra collection and the Overture and Black Plague games, any solution for one of these versions? (At least for one, idealistically for Penumbra Collection)

I just went through the config files and it seems there is no way to change the FOV.
