Hello there! Unfortunately, you haven't given us a lot of information to help you with your problem. To provide us with ways to understand your problem, please try the steps in Problem A of the Troubleshooting Guide, and if nothing changes, please provide us with your hpl.log file, which can be found at Problem X.
