Can't download Penumbra Collection 1.1.1 - GabrieleB - 06-02-2017
Hello,
several years ago I bought Penumbra Collection for Mac from eSellerate, but that version doesn't work anymore on newer Mac OS versions (it just crashes at launch).
Searching for a patch on the support page, I read that version 1.1.1 is available as a full-install only and that I have to download it from the store where I purchased it.
I went to http://store.esellerate.net/support, logging in with e-mail address and order number, but it says:

The Frictional Games product line is not available through the eSellerate system.
For more information, please contact Frictional Games.
Error: Pub_NotApproved
How can I obtain the 1.1.1 update then?

Hmm, sounds like a pickle. Perhaps eSellerate was discontinued at some point.
Until a better answer arises, perhaps http://shelf.frictionalgames.com could help.

I tried logging in, but it answers: "No such purchase, please try again."
