PS4 issue (Amnesia Collection) - Gramezza - 07-20-2017
Hi,
Currently playing through AMFP on PS4 on the Amnesia Collection and having some minor issues which is ruining my enjoyment of the game.
The Dark Descent was brilliant and had no issues, I'm now about 3/4 of the way through AMFP and there's some bugs, falling through the floor in one of the sewer sections (twice), a door remaining shut when it should've opened (right by where you SPOILER find the creatures in the locked cells, had to restart and lost a bit of progress), and some sound issues, almost going totally silent in places and ruining the vibe.
I don't want to moan (as I say The Dark Descent was great and I also bought SOMA at the same time, waiting to complete AMFP before I start that) but something isn't right and I almost feel like I've paid for a faulty product, can you advise what you can do for me?

I haven't heard of those issues before. Seems kinda strange that certain events don't happen. Could you post the hpl.log from Documents/Amnesia/Pig ?

Being on the PS4 would make that a little difficult.
OP, you're not the only one to report this. Guess it does appear to be some form of unintentional behaviour then. I'll forward the issue through the FG team and see if they can handle it from there!

Hi, was there any update to this? As I say, I feel like I've paid for a faulty product.
On another note I completed SOMA last night and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

you’re gaming on your PS4 and the audio cuts out abruptly, or there is no sound at all, you’re not alone. Many PS4 users are reporting it. But the good news is you can fix it. This article gives you 6 solutions to try. [Link removed - Romulator]
