Lol, I had debug turned on for a map I was making but then started my second run through of the game and forgot to turn it off. I pressed H for some reason and noticed that happening. Caught me off guard at first! Figured it was for testing the scripts that only run with low sanity, but searched to see if others had any thoughts.
