Bug, omnitool reader disappears from the wall - Stroker GM - 01-14-2019

Hello I do not speak English very well, I hope to express myself well.

I have a bug with a wall omnitool reader at the Lambda entrance, I enter Lambda, pass the omnitool through the device and the door opened, but I can not leave Lambda anymore, the device has disappeared. I tried to load 2 previous files, one right at the entrance of Lambda and another on the way to Lambda and it does not appear either. In summary, I can not leave Lambda in my most recent save file, but I can not return to Lambda with the previous save files either.
Is there some kind of solution?
PS: I attach test videos. Just let me post a video, the other 2 videos I'll add just the link

Very strange. Do you have SOMA on Steam? If so, try to verify the integrity of the game cache.

1. Right click SOMA in Steam and go to Properties
2. Choose the "Local files" tab.
3. Click "Verify integrity of game files".

Let it run, then load an earlier save game when it's done. Preferrably you want to load a save of the map that comes just before Lambda, so that the game can load it in fresh.

It's not Steam, it's DRM free, I got it for free on Gog.com

What should I uninstall and reinstall it?

You can try that.

Uninstall and reinstalled and it has been fixed, I still do not know what could happen.

Thanks for your help.

Glad it worked! Yeah I'm not sure either but it looks like the file for the omnitool panel corrupted somehow. It's possible that perhaps a system shutdown can trigger this when an antivirus is scanning that file or something.
