I've tried all the suggestions in the sticky for this problem... nothing works...

Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Core2 Extreme X6800
Geforce 8800GTX 260.99 driver (latest available)
4gigs of RAM

I read on some forum that the 26x series of drivers could cause this problem but using 258.xx made it work.
